Spotless, always
A kitchen you'd happily eat in. Surfaces, stations and storage are cleaned to a standard we'd want for our own family, because that's exactly who eats here.
Pasta, hand-rolled daily
No dried shortcuts. Our pasta is rolled by hand every morning, tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, and cooked to order, al dente.
Bread baked in-house
Sourdough, focaccia and pizza bases proofed and baked on-site in the wood oven. Nothing arrives in a packet.
And the cheese? Always gourmet, never processed. It's the kind of detail you can taste, and the kind you're welcome to look up.
